The Tamil Nadu government recognized this institution and the BNYS degree program in Go. Ms. No. 59, Health and Family Welfare Dept. on February 22, 2001. The college was affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in Chennai starting in the 2001–2002 academic year.
The college has a 100-bed, fully operational naturopathy and yoga hospital with laboratories adjacent to it, which provides students with additional clinical and practical expertise. Here, we employ a careful fusion of traditional Naturopathy and Yoga principles with the most up-to-date physiotherapy and acupuncture equipment. Ayurveda, Sidda, herbal treatment, etc.
LABORATORIES:
To give students high-quality practical knowledge, the institution operates complex and well-equipped laboratories in areas such as anatomy, physiology, microbiology, biochemistry, nutrition, and herbology, as well as a computer lab.
The college has a well-equipped, computerized library with a good selection of contemporary books on all medical subjects as well as Indian and international journals. There is a separate hostel for men and women that is well-furnished and has decent ventilation.
On the college campus, there are well-kept play areas for both indoor and outdoor activities. All play supplies are provided for men and women separately. Every day, students get play time under the supervision of the physical education director and principal. On the college campus, there is also a canteen that serves reasonably priced, high-quality, and hygienic light vegetarian refreshments to staff and students.
