About College
Founded in 2002, Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is a private college. With an annual intake of 100 seats, the college is associated with Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, which is situated in Himachal Pradesh. The Central Council of Homoeopathy, which is part of the Ministry of AYUSH in the Government of India, New Delhi, has recognized the Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital. The government of Himachal Pradesh has approved the college.
The Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital was established in 2002 with the goal of achieving the well-being of the people of Himachal Pradesh and the surrounding states by offering comprehensive medical care and education.
We have students from all over India, including UP, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Uttar Pradesh.
In accordance with the Supreme Court of India’s directives, the college has zero tolerance for ragging. Racial discrimination is illegal and degrades educational standards. Based on guidelines provided by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, recommendations made by the Raghvan Committee, instructions/guidelines issued by the UGC, the Ministry of HRD (Govt. of India), and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, the institution’s “anti-ragging policy” addresses the preventive, procedural, and punitive aspects of ragging.
With great fervor and enthusiasm, Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is advancing its mission to provide students with a high-quality homoeopathic medical education while simultaneously alleviating human suffering at the grassroots level. This includes offering affordable and safe homoeopathic treatment as well as health counseling to the people of Himachal Pradesh and the neighboring states.
