Mumbai, Maharashtra: Smt. C.M.P. Homeopathic Medical College. Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic Medical College is administered by the Homeopathic Education Society. The College has affiliations with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Nashik and the University of Bombay (Mumbai).

The Homeopathic Education Society was established by the late Shri Mangaldas Pakwasa with the goal of building a medical college, hospital, and charitable dispensaries to facilitate the advancement of scientific homeopathic practice and research.

The organization, which was founded in 1957 and was initially housed in rented space in Sion, Bombay, made significant progress in 1960 when it purchased a parcel of land in Vile Parle West, Bombay, and gradually constructed the homeopathic complex, which now houses the Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic Medical College, Shree Mumbadevi Homeopathic Hospital, and Dr. A. D. Edal Behram Girls Hostel.

The B.H.M.S. degree program will take five and a half years to complete, including a required one-year rotational internship following successful completion of the final exam. If the candidate hasn’t worked as an intern for the required amount of time and to the satisfaction of the institution head in a hospital that the university has recognized, they won’t be awarded the B.H.M.S. degree.
