About College
A private college, Shri Mahalaxmi Mahila Homoeopathic Medical College was founded in Vadodara in 2000–01. With an annual intake of 100 seats, the college is associated with Gujarat’s Bhavnagar University. A substantial collection of works on homoeopathy and related medical topics is kept in the college library. The journals, magazines, newspapers, and periodicals in the library are well-stocked. The college offers lecture halls, seminar halls, sports facilities, conference halls, canteens, well-equipped classrooms, and medical services.
Admission to the BHMS (BACHELOR IN HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE & SURGERY) Course opens when the results of the 12th grade (HSC) Science (B-Group or A+B Group) are announced. At least passing grades in chemistry and physics are needed for admission. English and biology classes require NEET scores. The State Government uses a Centralized Admission Committee to handle admissions each year.
