About College
Founded in 1992, the Shri Guru Nanak Dev Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is a private college located in Ludhiana. The College is associated with the Punjabi Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, situated in Faridkot. The college offers a five and a half-year bachelor of homoeopathic medicine and surgery (BHMS) degree program in homoeopathy. The BHMS curriculum will last approximately four and a half years, including an obligatory internship of one year. There are 175 places available for BHMS in total. The college also provides a graded course for external candidates in addition to conventional B.H.M.S. (Graded Degree) courses.
Library: A substantial collection of literature on a range of medical topics can be found in the library. There are numerous publications and magazines available for research and study. For M.D. and U.G. classes, the college has distinct departmental libraries. Employees and students can also use the Punjab University Extension Library in Ludhiana, which has a large collection of books on both medical and non-medical subjects.
On the campus of the college, hostel accommodations for males and girls are offered for the students.
