About College
The sole institution of its kind in the entire region, the Mohsine Millat Unani Tibb Education Society’s Unani Medical College was established in 2005 as a specialty Unani medical school. Although the Unani system is an essential component of Indian medical systems, there are other medical colleges in Raipur and other state cities that offer instruction in allopathy, dentistry, pharmacy, Aurvedic, and homeopathic. The Mohisn-e-Millat Tibbee Educational Society was established in order to carry out the project and finish the collection of many widely used systems of health education institutions.
Within the MMUMC site is an adjacent hospital that treats and cures a variety of chronic illnesses, including gout, asthma, epilepsy, jaundice, blood pressure, heart difficulties, chronic hepatitis, cholicystitis, paralysis, leucoderma, leprosy, anemia, loss of appetite, weakness, and weight loss. Sex disorders, serious sexual diseases, cancer in both sexes, sterility, and impotence are all carefully treated here by recognized popular city doctors and college doctors from various medical systems. The Central Council of Unani Medicine & Research has granted recognition to the MMUMC. The paraphernalia of the college includes an auditorium, conference hall, computer lab, hospital, and labs.
