Mohammadia Tibbia College and Assayar Hospital

A Minority organization, Al-Jameatul Mohammadia Al-khairiyah Mumbai, is the organization that runs Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital Mansoora, Malegaon. The society is registered under the Charity Commission act 1950 sub rule 29 No.F7766 (Mumbai) dated 06-09-1982, and is affiliated with both the University of Pune and Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The society is registered under the Society registration act 1860 sub rule 21 vide No. GBBSD Mumbai 450/82, 17.06.1982. This college is an accredited Unani medical college that received funding from the Maharashtra government in 1984–1985. It has been offering BUMS Unani degree courses since academic year 1981–1982 and can accept up to 60 students annually for admission.

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has granted the college accreditation at the “B” level.

The Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), a five and a half-year degree program in homoeopathy, is offered at Assayar Hospital and Mohammadia Tibbia College. The BUMS curriculum will last approximately four and a half years, with an obligatory internship of one year. There are sixty seats available for BUMS in total.
