About College
In 2000, Lalitaben Ramniklal Shah Homoeopathic Medical College was founded in Rajkot. The college and Saurastra University are connected. The Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH), located in New Delhi, has given it approval. The Smt. T.V. Mehta Charitable Foundation is in charge of LRSHC.
Facilities: The college has a seminar hall, computer lab, computer lab, canteen, lecture hall, and outdoor and indoor games. For ladies and boys, there is a separate hostel with excellent security measures. The college boasts a large library filled with a wide range of books on homoeopathy and related topics (such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, surgery, etc.). In addition to books, magazines, journals, reports, and newspapers are accessible. Additionally, there is a fully furnished laboratory that has all the amenities of a modern lab.
The college’s Rajkot, Gujarat, campus is located there. The campus occupies an area of one acre. The college is housed in a larger, two-story structure with a distinct block for students, faculty, and administration. A teaching hospital with 25 beds is connected to L R Shah Homeopathy College.
In addition to academic pursuits, co-curricular activities, athletics, adventure, culture, and social service are all part of the LRSHC curriculum in order to foster students’ total development and create responsible citizens.
Classes Provided: Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery degrees are awarded by Lalitaben Ramniklal Shah Homoeopathic Medical College (BAMS). This program lasts for four and a half years, plus an obligatory year-long internship. There will be 100 spots available for the BHMS program each academic year.
