About College
Dr. MIJ Tibbia Medical College & Haji ARK Hospital, Anjuman-I-Islam, Mumbai, is a private college that was founded in 1970. With an annual intake of 50 seats, the college is associated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, which is situated in Maharashtra.
In order to improve the status of Muslim minorities in particular and other citizens generally, the college wants to develop a “World class Educational System” that is in line with national policies. This will allow it to foster a culture of peace and tranquillity and actively contribute to India’s development.
From its founding as a single school, it has grown to include over eighty institutions, ranging in size from pre-primary to graduate and postgraduate studies. These include the Unani Medical College, College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Polytechnics, College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, College of Home Science, School of Pharmacy, and School of Architecture.
It is well-known for being a Muslim minority organization that serves the needs of over 1.10 lac students from different groups.
