Government College Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College, Aligarh was founded in 1927. With an annual intake of 70 seats, the college is associated with Aligarh Muslim University, situated in Uttar Pradesh.
Ajmal Khan The only prestigious institution in the Indian subcontinent offering graduate and postgraduate instruction in the Unani system of medicine is Tibbiya College. It bears the name of Hakeem Ajmal Khan, a legendary character. Founded in 1927, it is one of the older institutions. The cornerstones of Tibbiya College’s new building were set in 1937 and 1939, respectively, as was the hospital’s foundation.The interns at Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College receive training in routine vaccinations, clinical responsibilities, field surveys, data gathering, and statistical analysis. The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, designated our college as a Model College based on its performance, and we are working hard to make the college an Institute of Excellence in the future.
AJMAL KHAN TIBBIYA COLLEGE HOSPITAL
Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College Hospital, the affiliated hospital, offers postgraduate and undergraduate instruction and training. It also helps with the people’s need for healthcare. With 120 beds, our hospital is still over 60% full. Unani medicines are given away for free to 400–450 patients in the outpatient department on average. In addition to receiving free treatment, I.P.D. patients also receive free breakfast and dinners. Additionally, individuals receive maternity and surgical care at no cost to them.
