About College
Established as a self-financing institution in 1989 with the goal of producing medical graduates for the homoeopathic system, Gondia Homoeopathic Medical College is located in Gondia, Maharashtra. It is managed by the Gondia Homoeopathic Education Society. In the homoeopathic medical college, the management offers the best facilities in terms of land, buildings, hospital and college equipment, laboratories, hostels, highly qualified teachers, and administrative personnel.
The institute offers a 51/2-year degree program that consists of a 1-year internship in homoeopathy and a 4-1/2-year academic session. This program is called the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S.). The Central Council of Homoeopathy has acknowledged the full-time, regular courses. The Maharashtra University of Health Science (MUHS), located in Nashik, is associated with the establishment.
Following completing the final degree test, all students must complete a one-year mandatory rotatory internship as required by the CCH Homoeopathy Degree Regulations of 1983 (as amended). The internship will only be conducted in the institute’s IPD and OPD.
