About College
On the auspicious occasion of Lord Mahavir’s 2600th birthday anniversary, the Shri Labdhi Vikram Raj Aarogyadham Sansthan founded the Shri Mahavir Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Science, Durg, in 2002. It is situated in Paras Nagar, Nagpura, next to the globally renowned Holy Jain Teerth, Shri Uvasaggaharam Parshvr Teerth.
The Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, New Delhi, has granted the college approval and it is associated with Ayush and Health Sciences University. There are 40 places available for the Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) program each year. The college employs highly qualified instructors with years of expertise in the teaching profession.
